The gorgeous beaches that hug this stretch of coastline are less than 3km away and the fascinating baroque towns of Modica and Ragusa also close by. Outside, spacious verandas with sea views overlook a private pool, while inside, the eight bedrooms and living space provide simple but comfortable holiday living.
Set on two floors, the villa is surrounded on the garden level and first floor by expansive terraces. Enjoy al fresco meals under the shade of the awning and gaze out across the pool and lawn while the children play on the swings and slide. There is also a table football – guaranteed to be a hit with all the family! A barbecue corner with a hob, kitchen cupboards and dining area provides a welcome space for preparing meals outdoors.
The interiors are modestly but pleasantly furnished. Downstairs, the living space comprises areas for dining and a cosy den with an L-shaped sofa and giant squashy floor cushions. Leading off from the living room, there is a modern kitchen, with dishwasher, and a bathroom with shower. Bedrooms are bright and airy, some with access to the garden, others leading on to the upstairs terrace. Of the total 8 bedrooms, 6 are doubles, 1 twin and 1 with a small double bed. Seven of the bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower. There is also one outdoor bathroom.
