Located a short drive from the attractive seaside town of Acquedolci on Sicily’s north coast, the villa is well placed for trips to several coastal towns and beaches, and for exploring the villages and raw beauty of the Nebrodi mountains.
Homy is spread across the entire ground floor (including two bedrooms) of a large independent villa. The first and top floors of the property are closed off but guests at Homy have exclusive use of the property and garden at all times. Homy also includes use of a separate guest house, with two more bedrooms and a living room with kitchen, making it an excellent choice for two families or groups looking for a little extra privacy.
Outside, the top spot is the stunning pool, surrounded by sun terraces and lawns, and overlooked by a shaded dining terrace with a well-equipped outdoor kitchen with barbecue. There is also table tennis, bikes and board games for the kids and guests will love the spa room, complete with sauna, jacuzzi and shower, which can be accessed from the garden or from the living room.
The heart of the main villa is a large light-filled open plan living room, with a fireplace at one end of the room, a welcome addition during the cooler months of the year. At the other end, the sleek contemporary kitchen has a breakfast bar and doors to the garden. There are two double bedrooms, both ensuite with shower, and an additional guest toilet. All the bathrooms are newly kitted out with glossy white tiling and fitments.
The independent guest house has a further two bedrooms (one double, one twin), both ensuite with shower. With a bright, airy open plan living room, and a fully equipped modern kitchen with a dining room table, the guest house provides groups with the opportunity to enjoy some extra independence and flexibility.
