Finding out about Sicily’s food and wine plunges you straight into the traditions, history and geography of the island. Our Food & Wine trio is the perfect introduction to Sicilian cuisine, incorporating 3 of our most popular gastronomic experiences. Each one is designed to introduce you to a different aspect of Sicily’s rich food and wine-based culture.
Our cookery classes provide the opportunity to learn how to make traditional Sicilian dishes, either in your villa or on location. Suitable for all levels, from beginners to the more experienced, the classes are led by expert chefs who will transport you straight into Sicily’s extraordinary culinary heritage.
A wine-tasting experience leads you on an expert-led journey into local wine production, with a chance to sample some of Sicily’s very best wines. The experience is available at multiple locations, from the slopes of Mount Etna in the east to the Menfi vineyards in the south and the Alcamo wineries in north west Sicily.
Our excellent in-villa cook service is the third experience in the Food & Wine Trio. This is a chance to enjoy the indulgence of a memorable dinner prepared for you by our professional chef in the relaxing setting of your own villa.
