Designed to offer an idyllic outdoor living experience, the villa has an attractive garden and private pool which together deliver everything you could need. Overlooking the garden, the spacious terrace provides comfortable lounge and dining areas, the latter shaded by a remote controlled pergola which provides shade during the heat of the summer months and shelter during the cooler months of the year. A patio heater adds an extra dimension, allowing guests to dine outdoors from early spring through to the late autumn months.

The villa also scores top marks when it comes to wellbeing. A wellness area with a running machine and weights bench is an added bonus for fitness enthusiasts. Top spot, however, is the fabulous roof terrace, accessed from the garden, where you can luxuriate in the hot tub and gaze through the glass at the waves. Or perhaps simply grab a perfectly chilled drink from the fridge and relax back on one of the deckchairs.

The villa extends over one floor, filled with natural light from a series of huge panoramic windows and doors, and furnished in a contemporary style with the comfort of air conditioning throughout. The open plan living and dining room opens on to the main terrace, with a modern kitchen set to one side. Here you’ll find ample storage space and a range of high end appliances. The two double bedrooms, both with beach views, each have their own en suite bathroom. The third bathroom is adjacent to the wellness area.
