Top spot in the spacious garden is the magnificent infinity pool, surrounded by extensive decking and with views along the coast and across the sea to the volcanic Aeolian islands. Shady lawns provide quiet corners for chilled afternoons with a book and a welcome play area for children who will also love the table-tennis and board games. When the sun starts to dip, retreat to the cool of the fabulous outdoor dining area and kitchen, with stone worktops, a sink, hob and BBQ, to whip up a delicious Sicilian dinner with a private sea view!
The villa interiors are airy and simply furnished in neutral colours, with terracotta and natural stone flooring extending across the two floors. On the ground floor, the large open-plan living room has separate lounge and dining areas. The well-equipped kitchen is tucked away in an L-shaped configuration at one end of the living room and has direct access to the outdoor dining terrace.
Two of the four bedrooms (one double, one small double) and a bathroom (with shower) are located on the ground floor. An external staircase connects to the first floor where there are two further double bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower). A second living room, with glass-fronted balconies, provides an excellent additional space for teenagers in need of their own hideout!
